The CORE – Terms & Conditions

The CORE is more than a membership — it’s a movement. We are heart-led, inclusive, and committed to supporting beauty professionals to grow, connect, and thrive. Our aim is to empower you to become the best version of yourself, to enjoy the journey, and to share your growth with others. The following Terms & Conditions set out the framework that keeps our community safe, protected, and aligned. By joining The CORE, you are not just accepting terms, you are joining a collective built on respect, learning, and empowerment.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership of The CORE, operated by Ai Beauty Consultancy Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”). By joining The CORE, you (“you,” “your,” “member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership & Access
· Membership is provided on an individual basis. Each member is granted a unique login for personal use only.
· Sharing of logins, passwords, or content with any other person, whether inside or outside The CORE, is strictly prohibited.
· Access to membership content, including live calls, recordings, and resources, will terminate immediately upon cancellation of your membership.
· We may, at our discretion, watermark or otherwise protect content to prevent unauthorised sharing.
2. Payments, Cancellations & Auto-Renewal
· Membership fees are billed automatically via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
· Monthly Memberships:
- Fees are billed monthly in advance and auto-renew until cancelled.
- Cancellation may be made at any time and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds or partial credits will be issued for unused time.
· Annual Memberships (Pay in Full):
- Fees are billed in advance for 12 months at the discounted rate.
- Annual memberships auto-renew every 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Once a renewal has been processed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Members are responsible for cancelling prior to the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
· Payments will be taken regardless of whether the member accesses or uses the membership content. Failure to log in or participate does not entitle the member to a refund, credit, or payment pause.
· Cooling-Off Period:
- In accordance with UK law, new members have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they may cancel for a full refund.
- During this period, only limited introductory access will be provided. Full access to all membership content is granted once the cooling-off period ends.
- After the 14-day cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
· All content, materials, and resources provided by The CORE are the exclusive property of Ai Beauty Consultancy Ltd.
· This includes but is not limited to:
- Videos, recordings, workbooks, cheat sheets, downloads, and training resources.
- Proprietary frameworks (CORE, SHINE, LUXE).
- Brand decks, pitch decks, proposals, strategy documents, and any supporting materials shared with corporates, members, or third parties.
· Ai Beauty Consultancy Ltd will make reasonable efforts to provide downloadable resources (such as cheat sheets, scripts, or supporting documents) to complement the educational videos and monthly sessions. In circumstances where downloadable content is not available, members acknowledge that access to the educational videos and wider membership resources remains the core benefit of the membership. The absence of downloadable materials does not entitle members to refunds, credits, or compensation.
· Members are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
· Copying, reproducing, reselling, marketing, distributing, imitating, or creating derivative works from any materials is strictly prohibited.
· Breaches of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of membership and legal action.
4. Community & Conduct
· Members agree to maintain confidentiality within any private community spaces (e.g., WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups).
· All interactions must be respectful, professional, and supportive. Harassment, abuse, spamming, or unauthorised promotion will not be tolerated.
· We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if these standards are breached.
5. Sessions & Delivery
· Live calls are scheduled for the first and last Monday of each month.
· If a scheduled call falls on a UK bank holiday, it will automatically move to the next available working day.
· If the host is unavailable, the session may be delivered by a guest expert or replaced with pre-recorded content.
· Dates and times of sessions may occasionally change. Members will be given as much notice as reasonably possible of any such change.
· In cases of extended absence due to illness, incapacity, or force majeure, Ai Beauty Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to temporarily pause live sessions, with notice provided.
· The format, style, and content of sessions and resources may vary over time. Membership fees are paid for access to the membership community and resources, not for specific outcomes or guaranteed content.
6. Trademark Protection
· The CORE (name, logo, and associated branding) is a UK-registered trademark of Ai Beauty Consultancy Ltd.
· Associated proprietary frameworks (CORE, SHINE, LUXE) are likewise protected.
· Any unauthorised use, imitation, reproduction, or misrepresentation of these trademarks or frameworks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
· The CORE provides educational tools, resources, and frameworks intended to support members in developing retail skills and sales performance.
· No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that specific sales results, client engagement outcomes, or other business objectives will be achieved. Success depends on the member’s own effort, application, and circumstances.
· No Responsibility for Business Outcomes: Ai Beauty Consultancy Ltd accepts no responsibility for financial, business, or retail performance outcomes. Whether for individuals or corporate members, improvements in sales, client engagement, or business growth remain the sole responsibility of the member or organisation.
· We are not responsible if results are not achieved or if the content is not used as intended.
· Liability for any claim relating to the membership shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant subscription period.
· We will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous access to the membership platform. Temporary downtime, maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events do not entitle members to refunds or compensation.
· By agreeing to these Terms, members waive the right to pursue chargebacks or payment disputes for services delivered in accordance with these Terms.
· All content is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or business advice.
8. Entire Agreement & Legal Compliance
· These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between Ai Beauty Consultancy Ltd and the member, superseding any prior discussions, promises, or understandings.
· Memberships are non-transferable and may not be resold or reassigned.
· By joining The CORE, members confirm their acceptance of these Terms in full.
· These Terms & Conditions are written in compliance with UK consumer law and subscription regulations.
